ottimizzare la gestione di specifici processi di backoffice amministrativo multi-step, che generavano&nbsp; elevate inefficienze ed alti costi di gestione a causa di attivit\u00e0 svolte manualmente su pi\u00f9 sistemi e con tempistiche molto stringenti.<\/p>\n<p><b>F<\/b><b>ocus del progetto: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analisi del processo operativo ed identificazione punti di miglioramento;<\/li>\n<li>Definizione dei requisiti di automazione e revisione procedure operative;<\/li>\n<li>Progettazione ed implementazione RPA per la gestione di specifiche lavorazioni;<\/li>\n<li>Gestione Operations del nuovo processo e regia operativa;<\/li>\n<li>Reporting di controllo delle attivit\u00e0 eseguite in automatico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Tecnologie di riferimento: <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tecnologie RPA per l\u2019emulazione delle attivit\u00e0 operatore con tecnologie di data positioning, data capture, OCR e per l\u2019esecuzione di controlli
