I sistemi informatici sono stati sostituiti e consolidati su 4 applicativi: ERP, WMS, Controllo Qualit\u00e0, TMS.<\/p><p>Siamo stati coinvolti all\u2019interno del progetto nell&#8217;area Reverse, con l\u2019obiettivo di semplificare ed uniformare i processi Reverse per vari canali di vendita, migliorare il time to market ed introdurre controlli automatizzando alcune attivit\u00e0.<\/p><p><b>F<\/b><b>ocus del progetto: <\/b><\/p><ul><li>Revisione completa dei processi Reverse;<\/li><li>Digital trasformation degli applicativi in ambito;<\/li><li>Tracking E2E del flusso dei resi, dalle region al magazzino centrale.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50
